The house is thoughtfully designed with a dining area on one level and bedrooms on another.

Furthermore, personalization is at the heart of our ethos. Each room is customized based on the resident’s preferences, right from the color of the sheets to the firmness of the mattress, making sure every resident feels right at home.

While our rooms are fully furnished for convenience, we respect and understand the sentimental value attached to personal belongings. While we generally recommend that residents utilize the furnishings provided, exceptions can certainly be made for special pieces. Furthermore, residents are encouraged to bring personal items that comfortably fit within their rooms to make the space truly their own.

Our topmost priority is ensuring the happiness and well-being of our residents. To guarantee this, we have instituted a thorough intake process. This process not only assesses the compatibility of potential residents with our environment but also gauges their personal needs and preferences. At First Family Home Care, the safety of our residents is paramount. We have equipped each resident with a panic button worn around the neck for immediate assistance. Additionally, our dedicated staff provides 24/7 supervision, ensuring swift response in any situation. To enhance security, we have cameras monitoring common areas within the facility and security cameras guarding the exterior. This multi-tiered approach ensures our residents always feel safe and protected.

Yes, our residents’ health and well-being are in trusted hands. We have certified medical assistants and certified nursing assistants present on-site, who are trained and skilled to ensure optimal care.
